Social Meet ups

The UKSN run an annual craft retreat. This is currently held at The Kents Hill Hotel in Milton Keynes in the October or November each year.  This is an opportunity for members to catch up over 3 days and work on their own projects.  The retreat committee sometimes supply other projects that members can work on and organise a short workshop which they can take part in.  These are proving to be very popular retreats as the price includes accommodation, crafting room and all meals.

As well as the craft retreat weekend and a few charity card making events every year the members will often meet up at craft shows.  The UKSN has a stand at most of the shows where Mickey can be found running a make and take and telling people about the club.  Current club members will go along to the shows to offer Mickey their support, meet other members and obviously spend their money on the wonderful crafting supplies that they really need.  When most shows are finished the UKSN members would go for dinner.
